As Istanbul Gedik University, we pay the utmost attention to the security of your personal data.
With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing and storing all personal data of all persons associated with our university in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVK Law").

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic means, through our units, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means, and may vary depending on the services, education and training activities provided by our University.
2. To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law, for the purposes of enabling our business units to carry out the work necessary for you to benefit from the services offered by our University, and ensuring the legal and commercial security of our University and the persons in a business relationship with our University.
3. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is obtained in any verbal, written or electronic environment, for the purposes stated above, in order to provide our services and, within this scope, to enable our University to fulfil its contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately.
