With GEDİK2work, Istanbul Gedik University is creating a new model in the education sector in Türkiye.
We aim for our students to be part of working life from the very beginning of their education so that they also gain practical experience. To this end, Istanbul Gedik University has implemented a model, applied for the first time in Türkiye, in which students take part and can act together in both their academic and professional lives. At Istanbul Gedik University, we aim to provide this education to young generations who speak foreign languages and who follow and apply new technologies, and to bring them into the business world at national and international level.
With the GEDİK2work program, our students will strengthen their theoretical knowledge by continuing their courses at Teknopark Istanbul during the academic term, while also working and taking part in practice. 'GEDİK2work' is therefore not just an education that takes place in the classroom; it is a program that brings together the classroom, the laboratory and practice.
In this way, since our students will already be coming from within working life, they will be ready for their careers once they graduate from Istanbul Gedik University.
